All rentals require a 6-month commitment. After that, the agreement converts to month-to-month

What areas do you service?
Currently we service Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Newport News, and Hampton in Virginia.
What does maintenance cover?
Repairs for normal wear and tear, replacement parts, and labor. If a unit cannot be repaired, it will be replaced free of charge. Damage from misuse is not covered.
How Long are the rental agreements?
6-month minimum. After that, all plans convert to month-to-month with no penalties for returning.
Can I upgrade my appliances during my rental?
Yes. If you are renting a single washer or dryer and would like to add a second unit we will install it at no cost and adjust the monthly subscription charge accordingly.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are automatically processed monthly.
